A new Beginners class is starting on Thursday, April 17th for four weeks at Dunchurch Village Hall.
Alternatively, if you have never done Pilates before and would like to join a class, please book a one to one session and I can get you started in the safest most efficient way. It may only take a couple of sessions and you will be on your way.
You could share your session with a friend or colleague who also wants to learn. Remember these sessions are designed around your needs, so you will come away with a lot more than an exercise programme.
